Our Wedding

Sherrian and Bruce tied the knot on May 20th, 2001 in Sedona, Arizona. There might be prettier spots in the world where we could have gotten married . . . but we doubt it!!

We found a perfect place at the Verde Valley School near the Village of Oak Creek/Sedona, Arizona.

The ceremony & reception were held at the Gretchen Warren Chapel which sits on the back side of Cathedral Rock with gorgeous red rock vistas all around! Can you say: PERFECT DAY?

Sherrian's family came all the way from Alabama.

My brother, Brian, managed to make it all the way from Virgina with his beautiful family--even eight-month old Alana!

My parents, Bruce and Donna, who've lived in Sedona since `88 also attended. It was great to have a real family gathering like neither of us have had in many--many--years!!

Sherrian's son, Hans, provided wonderful heartfelt music for the ceremony and daughter, Carrie, lent her youthful beauty to an already beautiful setting.

We enjoyed cake, food and refreshments (thanks Martine!) on the courtyard adjoining the chapel and celebrated this magical day as the sun set over Cathedral Rock.

Then, all too soon this wonderful day was over!
